Great little apt!

Good location but the house iteslef is middle
The location of this house is very convenient, with easy access to the subway and a short commute to Manhattan. However, the instructions for opening the door are unclear, and the house is located in the basement, which means the walls are thin, allowing me to hear noise from the upstairs unit quite easily.
Additionally, I spotted a cockroach one day, which lowered my overall impression of the house. On the positive side, the equipment and amenities were excellent, except that I found the shower temperature to be limited in its ability to be set very high.
